Eastern Desert Exploration (EDX)

The EDX Blocks comprise 2,222km2 of greenfield exploration tenements within the Egyptian section (Eastern Desert) of the Arabian Nubian Shield.

The area has not been explored using current exploration methods in the modern era, but represents a significant land package of highly prospective but underexplored geological terrane. The land package is divided into two blocks:

  • Nugrus block (848km2): surrounds the Sukari Mining Concession, targeting potential satellite deposits and low capex mill feed to the Sukari processing plant
  • Najd block (1,374km2): 100km northwest of Sukari in the Central Eastern Desert, a potential standalone operation
